Free and Open to Everyone!
Our kid-friendly open house will include night hikes, warm drinks and s’mores by the campire, and naturalist talks and activities. Minnesota Astronomical Society members will be on hand to guide attendees in using the Joseph J. Casby Observatory. Carpenter Nature Center staff will bring their red-tailed hawk and hognose snake and will speak at 6:30 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. Katie Burns of Audubon Minnesota will share fun owl activities.
This event is free! Due to snow conditions, we are sorry that we cannot guarantee that this event is ADA accessible.
