In recognition of all that has changed at Belwin in the last two years, we are pleased to announce that Belwin has changed it’s name to ‘Belwin Conservancy’. After extensive discussions with our members, peers groups and the community at large, we came to the conclusion that, ‘Belwin’ did not adequately communicate our work or what we aspire to.
‘Belwin Conservancy’ retains the history of our name and commemorates our founders Charlie Bell and Lucy Winton Bell, while still communicating our mission. In addition, we have adopted the phrase: “Inspiring Through Nature” to describe our work and our desire to export the Belwin Conservancy’s experiences to the wider world.
We are currently working on a new logo to match our new name, and we hope to have it finalized very soon. Look for it in future communication from us!
